GENERAL POLICIES
PLEASE RESCHEDULE IF YOU ARE SICK. We understand and will work with you to reschedule your appointments.
A deposit is required to book any appointment. Deposits are non-refundable.
There will be a 3.5% charge for all credit card transactions.
Beauty with a Blade requires a minimum of 72 business hours to reschedule your appointment. Failure to do so will be considered a no-call no-show. You may be required to pay 50% of the remaining balance of your scheduled service. You will need to book with a new booking fee.
If you are a no call no show for your perfecting touch-up you will be charged a $150 fee to re-book your 6-8 week touch-up appointment.
Please plan accordingly for the date of your touch-up. If you need to cancel your 6-8 week touch-up, we will do our best to accommodate however, we can not guarantee a reschedule date within the 6-8 week period required.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we can not guarantee your appointment and you may be asked to reschedule. Your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to rebook with a new booking fee. Please be mindful that other clients are scheduled directly after you.
All bookings require a credit card be kept on file.

REFUND POLICY
MICROBLADING, POWDER, AND COMBO BROW
All DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. Any appointments canceled within less than 72 hours of your scheduled procedure will result in a loss of deposit. You will need to re-book with a new booking fee. If you are considered to be a no-call no-show, your $200 deposit will be forfeited.

MICROBLADING TRAINING
ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. If you cancel your training or are considered to be a no-call no-show, your $500 deposit will be forfeited.
If you have financed through SEZZLE, and either cancel your training or are considered to be a no call no show, you will be refunded all but $1000, which is the equivalent to a deposit for training.
